“My life and my passion is my job. After over a decade of working on the North Shore I am excited to expand my clinical practice into Squamish and become part of an expectational team of practitioners.

Getting people back to what they love is my main goal—whether it’s the start line of an Olympic mountain bike race or a local dog walk loop! No injury is too small or too big to take control of!

My approach includes a full assessment to identify the underlying issues and put a program in place to return to pain-free movement. Treatment modalities may include manual therapy, soft tissue work, needling, exercise programs, and referral to other professionals in order to get better as fast as possible!”

When not in the clinic, Tara is likely travelling and working with the Canadian National Mountain Bike team, and the Rocky Mountain-Race Face Enduro World series team.
